CENTRAL CIVIL SERVICES (LEAVE) RULES, 1972- One Liners

Q  1. CCS (Leave) Rules came into effect on Ans   1st June, 1972.

Q  2. Max Earned Leave can be availed in one spell: 

Ans   180 days

Q  3. In case obtaining a leave admissibility report is likely to be delayed, authority competent to grant leave can issue provisional sanction of leave for a period not exceeding : Ans   60 Days.
